Except that around the tower the aggro mobs are very easy to avoid... less so for the rest of the areas.<br /> <br />And, there are quests throughout Norrath that require you to kill non-aggro mobs.

Captain Greymast continues to have that same book & feather issue with subsequent quests. Also for the quests starting after Highhold with him there are no map helper areas marked.
