Clearcutter Crits hard around 2.5K+ and the proc is very nice i use it over my shard for about 2 months and tbh after getting over the change in delay i parse alot higher than before.

swashies n assassins usually tend to think that because they have a tank in their group its ok to put their agro buffs on him even if hes not MT,Make sure they are dumping their agro to a low agro...
