<p>I don't believe this is the case.  I uninstalled the game and reinstalled older boxes (SO and RoK)  - same thing.  I think the streaming launcher is actually the problem.</p>

Still not fixed as of 9/8 after patches.  Please provide an ETA on this fix.  Also, please respond to the Glacialshield question.  This is not stacking either.

STORMING TEMPEST: Does not stack with other wizards in group or raid.  Checked multiple parses as well as other wizards have, and they are definitely not stacking.  ST is being overwritten.  Fix it...
