I can't think of a more pointless skill buff for us than parry or defense. These need to be changed to attack/spell skills.

Gaige, if your only concern is getting loot too quickly, simply have them increase the lock out timer on all the zones. Make them 2-3 weeks long. That would be better than forcing people to sit...

Keeping your debuffs up all the time will add more DPS to the RAID than you could add to your own group by twisting in a proc. To keep all your debuffs up all the time you need bria's.

It's an unintended use of a spell and a bug. Using bugs to your advantage is wrong. I've reported it a few times, but SOE is very slow to act on stuff like this.
