Adding the troub will make it much easier to heal the tank. Also, if you are fighting mobs that aren't so hard, the troub can run power regen for faster pulls.

Ogre HP has about the same meaning as High Elf power. Either makes no difference unless you are a lvl 1-15 noob. That 10-15 stamina gives you a whopping 50-75 HP at lvl 50, and far less at lvl 20.
