It still shrinks but not as much as before, I used it to shrink my Arasai Swashbuckler this morning and the effect wasn't anywhere near as much as before the update. Edited to add: I'm on Kithicor.

I'd like to know why the shrink effect on the Mystic Moppet doll was nerfed. It was fun before and now it's not even worth bothering with. The effect is hardly noticeable now.

Yeah, the lowest I see is for 40 booster packs, which is a lot more than when I got mine. You may want to hold off and keep checking back for a while to see if a better deal gets posted.
