I rolled up a new toon on Test on Sat to test out the lvl 1-20 spell drop change, but I made it to lvl 14 without ever seeing a single spell drop.  So, I'm not sure if that's a bug or just a bad RNG....

I know those dwarf quests are a bit repetitive, but they're good exp and give a nice item when you're all done with them.  It's probably your best way to get to 80, imho.

I think our dps seems pretty solid as it is, and if they were to decrease the recast, they'd probably be decreasing the damage per proc as well, so you'd just be casting more for the same dps.

For what it's worth, all of the SK reactives still fire off even if a ward is on...  you just get hit for 0, and that triggers the proc.  I know this because I play an SK/Mystic duo, for no reason...
