A fury can do them with knowing the zones and having a pathing plan in place.  Ive completed all the zones and have a few titles now (70 fury).  However I would not state that all healers could do it...

Sounds like you got the bug!  We hit that and had to /exit the zone and wait another week.  Seems to happen if someone in the raid revives to run back.  Next time make sure noone revives, fds etc...
