I found the effect sta has on hit points to be disappointing, so  would boost AGI, WIS, and STR befor STA.  I try to keep it balanced and not go overboard on any one stat.

DPS is tied to aggro.  Any boost to guardian DPS means an automatic boost to guardian aggro, so if DPS was boosted, guardian taunts would have to be nerfed to compensate.  Case closed
