Does Negative Absolution work?

I use it simply because it's my highest hitting...

I use it simply because it's my highest hitting AoE so far with the same power consumption as Conflagration. But cycling Absolution(75), Blaze(32), Ice Spike(30)... that's only 6 cycles of spells...

Quest starts in Eddar Grove in Qeynos, not sure...

Quest starts in Eddar Grove in Qeynos, not sure about freeport, the gal in the walled 'stone yard' by the Monk training building on western side of zone.

I tried Frozen Manacles a few times but found that the root didn't last nearly as long. I only root when I solo or when I harvest, but with Arcane Bindings I can root and harvest a resource three...

I finished the quest solo at lvl 18, I found it quite easy. The lvl 47 mob at the end was a bit of a challenge *wink*
