I concur... It's definately a targetted AE root. Meaning that if you target some mob, it will root *everything* in a certain radius around that mob. (Not in a radius around your character)

I haven't seen any mobs that are totally immune so far, some are obviously hard to hit though. But the same goes for wizards. The conclusion is, you need both wizards and warlocks in a raid setup....
