If you are furnishing a Gorowyn house, Items are HALF their normal size.  Gorowyn houses are just plain HUGE.  If you visit a freeport or neriak house, you may see a difference

I have, which is the only reason I posted this.  I've looked at it from Antonica, Commonlands, Everfrost, Tenebrous Tangle, Bonemire, Thundering Steppes and Barren Sky.  The graphic is very different.
