For a good weapon, you should try to get the Tainted Reaper from Vault of the Fallen (instance at the end of Fallen Gate).  It's a pretty nice Fabled Scythe you can use for a long while.

When I did it, there was only 1 lvl 70^ guard, the other was 60^....you should be able to bypass the 70^ and maybe invis past the 60^?  I just killed him...so not sure if you can invis or not.
