It's basically making another charactor a pet/bot...

It's basically making another charactor a pet/bot you can use from one account. There are programs that fully autonomize it too. But I wouldn't reccommend it to someone, it's kindof...silly?

You sound like you want a Summoner. If your good, then use a Conjuror. If your evil, then grab a Necromancer. There great alone and in groups thanks to there assortment of pets.
