I duo alot with all 3 chars listed as well as a warden. I can say that Brig/Assass cant hold agro on multi mob encounters. Swashy does this with ease. Other then that the are all good combos.

The devs have done alot to make procs equal across the board so if your main hand DW is 1.6 delay and a 1h is 1.6 delay you should have the same ammount of procs. The higher the delay the more procs...

.7 is min delay... you do not get the FULL benefit of haste with a 1.0 weapon. You must have a delay or either 1.4 or 1.6 i cant remember. But 1.0 does own inspiration!
