The ranger's quick fix max hp debuff was just attached to searing shot which is far easier to maintain. Giving them all 5% on one ranged ca doesn't compare to sin's 4-(5) bleeds and 3 brig melee...

Current stat distribution on gear and group builds are not factors that help with current, as Nezette said earlier "pacman" type parse breakdowns. In a typical mage group there are 5/6 players...
