ya mezz is on its own timer as far as immunities and charm is definitely inefficient to cast in pvp, the cast time vs the duration just is not worth it imo.. although fun to charm the occasional...

I've actually found most mine for right around 6p, but thats on nagafen - pvp server.  Reflects the amount of actual high level coercers on the server though.
