<p>I've only been around a couple years, so I have not seen a *lot* of patches. Some have done the all-day thing, but some patch days have gone suprisingly smoothly. Let's hope for the latter.</p>

<p>Afternoon is generally from noon until 6 pm (6 pm to midnight being evening). On the Pacific coast it is just now going on 3 pm, so they still have a window of about three more hours.</p>
