This spell DOES NOT break mezzed mobs. I can confirm this. I group with a coercer a lot and have never broken a mezz with this. If the mob is mezzed the mob doesn't get hit by FS.

I carry a 2-Hander when i solo cause if i get in trouble with mana i can at least do some meager dmg. For groups i stick with a +wis shield and 1-h weapon for better mana and defense.
