If I remember correctly isn't the increase 2.5% of your in-combat regen? If so, that seems to be a rather pathetic amount considering you only regen about 1% total mana during combat. 2.5% of 1%. Gee...

I can tell you this. At level 28 my Ball Of Fire (Master II) was listed at 880 max. At level 29 it was down to 876 and now at level 30 it reads 873 in the spell description. I had no gear changes...
