I just did it a couple nights ago with a few characters.  It was scary, but I didnt die.Get the quest for the Griffin Towers when you come up the ramp.  Back away from the tower and run back up to it...

Kinda late I know, but I would say go with Warden.  Mystic does have some nice stat buffs, but Warden has combat skill buffs.Also, warden has roots and AE roots, which would greatly help break up...
