It looks like rangers are back to the post DoF "fixed-by-Lockeye" days.Don't worry, you'll be fine during the next expansion, then you'll get nerfed into oblivion again, rinse and repeat.

Rangers are one of the worst class at lower levels, you should stick to low levels mobs until you're past lvl 10.Things get a LOT easier when you hit lvl 13 or so.
