Mitigation self buff is now a 3 min duration...

Mitigation self buff is now a 3 min duration spell that drains hp and has a 3 min reuse timer. Thanks alot. NOT even ONE raid encounter lasts less then 3 minutes.

Kick Them when Tehy down was removed. Skill does no longer exist. Was replaced by a skill that maxes you immune to fear and root and stifle i believe and drains power while using it.
