44 Guardian, Dark Elf race, can solo blue^^'s. You just need to throw up all your buffs (specifically the +Defense) and go for it. You can't solo ANY Blue^^'s but learn how to pick em and it's easy....

I wouldn't doubt the level 38 tanking a 45 at all. Up to 8 levels above you is fine, 9 levels is insane, you generally can't hit them.

Thats how it works mate. I play a Guardian and a Monk and both characters routinely miss with their kicks. Monks get 2 boot icon ones but its not uncommon to miss with both.
