I was wondering this myslef, I've managed to find 3 tier 2 rares. Does anyone know a quantitative difference between app3 and adept3? I was thinking I could go with my three most damaging attacks...

I've encountered the same thing with my lowly lvl23 monk. In TS with the undead farmers, I can solo lvl19 double up group encounters without a problem. I barely get hit once and when I do get hit...
