Yes please. I don't mind the rate tithe is gained at all - but stopping dead in your track every couple minutes to spend 10 points is tiresome.

To be honest, what clerics got isn't class balance either. While this may (or may not) save them spots in a raiding situation, it doesn't address the issue that right now non shaman are not as viable...

I think you need to have the ToT Signature done....
