Well the scout damage increase will help tank agro from a swash/sin transfer, but I wouldn't mind seeing taunt amount of dps increase. However for a tank, as our stats increase our threat from taunts...

The 15% bump might increase a fighters parse by 5% and that might be to generous. These changes and hard caps shouldn't affect fighter dps in a negative way

The threat component won't be as good if you're solo because it's based off of your hp. In a group or raid it will be better due to increased hp. Based on your first parse... Your not happy with it...

The more hp you have the more powerful the threat. Being that it's an ae taunt it's not going to have the same threat value as single target taunts
