it is a life tap poison and it doesn't give a big heal at all. It is mainly for keeping the scouts life up during long fights in PVE circumstances. It is useless really in PvP.

A server quantity of players are not as important as the quality of the players on the server. Venekor lost a lot of players to Nagafen but we also lost most of the corpse humpers and emote spammers.
