Speaking of procs Rock Forged Cestii has %12 chance of hitting although not quite as powerful as the fist. I have often seen 2-3 procs back to back to back with the cestii. Quite nice indeed...

Think I found out what was up Kerra. I was grouped with a lvl 49 when I found tree. Im thinking that it scaled the quest according to the higher lvl. Im gunna delete the quest and see if i can do it...
