it would be nice for tinkers to have a bot like the mender that alows people to access their bank.  this would be useful for everyone from solo to raid.  if this is considered too powerful what about...

they also need to change when the spell starts to refresh.  right now it starts after the 20-30 secs of pom ends.  cob on the other hand will start right after the inital spell is cast, so it will up...
