Definately go Nil Absolution for the other. You won't get an upgrade to this through 60. This encounter based AoE will outdamage your best single target nuke until 52 and even then I use Nil Abs more.

I feel this impacts me in the smallest way. I am usually soloing VV or VVV groups anyway and it appears that xp had no change. I don't even bother with ^ or ^^.
