I decided to go ahead and test buying it, and I got the potion perfectly once the sale was over, but couldn't buy it during the sale. Pretty annoyed about it too!

Looks like the sale is over, I WANTED to buy it, but I guess I can't anymore. Can't even test to see if the issue is fixed because that sale item was the only thing I wanted so far.
