Troub would be good with all the caster buffs they get, and the fact they wont steal aggro every 3rd ca like a ranger would.If you decide on picking a healer partner, definitely go with a defiler.

Not hard at all. You can even be a lazy good defiler, depending on the group. Pre pull throw up a group ward and hope the tank does an aoe encounter taunt on the inc, then just start the debuffing....
