I had some good robes at that level you can get...

I had some good robes at that level you can get the one that Varsoon drops or the Evil Eyelashes one (forgot who drops that one) also at 40 if your lucky you can get the Robe of the Invoker or more...

They are over by the Giant NPC needed for PGT...

They are over by the Giant NPC needed for PGT along the coast next to him and inside a cave they are called granite and earth rumblers. Both will count for AQ.
