I don't think you can take more than 4 points in the "Enhance: Surging Tempest". I don't use the AA setup you do, but by the way you place yours, I think putting the one point you haven't placed yet...

I would suggest upgrading Surging Tempest and Iceshield. Both these spells are among the best when speaking DPS/cast time.Surging Tempest should be cast early in the fight, to insure you get damage...
