That solo trial was a PITA before they introduced the better melee skills for clerics .. I remember Trial 3 took me well over 45 minutes to complete.. and most of the other group members that did it...

I doubt this will have a whole lot of effect on PVP .. 10 seconds is a long time to be mez'd in pvp .. even 5 seconds could mean death for someone if you have the right amount of people...
