It just occurred to me that Assistant Tussle and Librarian Rashasha have the only study carrels in the whole Great Library. Obviously, it's a minor thing, but there should be some empty study carrels...

It would be helpful to have a few more wandering library guards on all levels so we can ask the guards to give us a wisp to that NPC we're searching for in this vast space.
