I have removed the majority of power drains from the zone. If you see major ones let me know. The second boss still has one I believe but its very minor. You will not see these changes until 11/10.

The first boss you drop down to no health is supposed to stop and root itself so you can deal with the other. Neither should completely die until both are at no health. If you continue to have issues...
