having PVE procs working in PVP is "NOT...

having PVE procs working in PVP is "NOT GOOD".A Tank being able to fight off 6 people solo on his own is NOT GOOD..DPS class killing a full group due to OP gear they got from raiding...

no need to put procs on PVP items.just...

no need to put procs on PVP items.just remove the over powered procs, like the new items (e.g. 1hand weapons that proc 6.5k group ward etc).. as this was what was intended with the last...
