I can't argue with safe fall being broken, I just wanted to max it, took me a couple of hours but I got from 283 to 350 at the Mage tower tonight, there were periods of up to 15 minutes with no skill...

I seem to be stuck at 283/350, I've not had a skill up in over a month I think, having just spent half an hour jumping off of Kelethin with no skill up's I'm curious as to where else is a good place...
