Again if devs would not change current leveling...

Again if devs would not change current leveling speed, but will give players option to level slower (giving them same time some non-game impacting bonus ie. titles) then I can't really see how it can...

I agree leveling is too fast with comabt XP enabled. Especially if you team and lot and do lot of instances. Add working shifts and almost permanent Vitality bonus then - way too fast <img...
