It IS free to play, you can not say it is not. Before f2p you could not log in or anything..without paying... now with F2P you can log in and do things with no costs.. if you want to do more things,...

quite shocked really.. didnt expect this at all... Really a nice step for SOE... and smokes team. Of course what im not shocked at is people still complaining that they didnt get enough free..
