You are correct. My Channeler cannot use the crossbow because of the abilities. I also question why my class along with rangers are the only ones that would have to give up there Epic 2 weapon....

you may be correct but why would they put so much effort into an item that just a few may possess? Not everyone is going to buy the more expensive xpac's to get the crossbow. So why make it level?...
