The two things in the Troubadour path that are truly worthy of your time and aa ar the Precision of Maestro enhance and the Jesters Cap enhance. The rest is just gravy.

Quest inside Catharsis : Vault of Eternal Sleep. The item from the quest = pure win for any class. Great stats and a clicky heal. Then the following quest in Maiden's Gulch is also Win for any class....
