I also agree that the the 3 piece bonus seems more like a detrimental thing than a beneficial one. "reduces the duration of hibernate by 5 seconds"....does that mean the recast time is shortened...

i cant say much about pve - but i cant give a few pointers on the runspeed thing for pvpas of right now, i currently run at 55% run speed out of combat - my poor horse doesnt come outa the stable...
