Yea, 5 conc is maxthe fear doesn't aggro any mobs outside of encounter nowsneak and walk lightly can be stacked btw to increase the level a bit

i dont know what to make of this, mine did almost 400 damage and now it does about 100i also have no idea how this helped kiting, you can't run away from a mob fast enough to avoid getting hit, so...

It's not near as useful as you think. It has a 15 second recast timer and the fear only lasts about 10 seconds max at App2, so far no one on my server has found the adept 1 of it so I don't know much...
