catareina they are on very different timers, stealthy fire is on a 1.5 minute timer and sniper shot is on a 15 minute timer.  as for tier 6 i went with stealthy since my tier 5 upgrade was leg shot...

rangers are horrorable soloers at that level. just try to stomach it till around level 35-40 then you start to become rock solid.

an example of a misc. debuff poison would be one that stuns the mob or like konthek mentioned, the one that slows a mob's attack speed.
