I think they should make all T8 items nerfed to...

I think they should make all T8 items nerfed to T7. This way come RoK anyone who stockpiled and is lvl 60 will not be able to turn them all in for big push. SOE did it for lowbies why not for the lvl...

I'm not 100% sure to be honest since I have always just told my shamans to keep it off for that fight. As long as everyone is on the top but in the water, everything is fine.
