<div></div>I get this problem on my haste as well. It switches from 1% below what it's supposed to be to normal.

<div></div>exactly my point.the persona window is wrong, has shown wrong information since gone live.dont trust it. to know whats right, guestimate from your skills, as to what you did w/o it, what u do w/ it. how much of an increase, if its a close # then you hope the skill isn't bugged & the persona window is.for haste: know what stacks, what doesn't and if you really want to get technical bring up the logs as to how fast u are auto attackin.

It probably has to do with the way the game handles x.x values, ie. it rounds them incorrectly when it displays them in the persona window.<div></div>
