Not sure if you are talking about abilities you get after 40 or abilities you still use after 40. But obviously the most important ones are your level 45 single target taunt...Deafen, your level 50 AoE taunt...Protect, your level 22 AoE taunt...Shouting Cry (because this is the only AoE taunt that works on epic targets..i.e raid mob) and after those, I went with my group buffs...Commanding Presence, Return to Battle, Do or Die, Call to Battle, and everything in those lines. Also Hold the Line is a good investment, I use that alot, but pretty much after your taunts, upgrade at your discretion.

<P>app IV is easy, you should be able to get everything app IV.  Make contact with the alchemists on your server, you should be able to find a reliable supplier who will give you a reasonable price, especially as you become a regular customer.  Check in your server forums for who has a good reputation.  </P> <P>With in-game mail, you dont even have to be on at the same time.   When I get new levels, I just mail my supplier with the cash up front and the skills I need, he mails me back in a day or two with the essence.  I've gotten him to come down quite a bit from the price he askes in broker, from being a reliable customer.</P>
